The Lookup screen: number 24 typed on a keypad, and the player wearing it above, with his position, size and class.

01 / See it work

Scroll, and watch it work.

  1. Lookup

Type a number. Get the player.

Somebody just made the play. Type the number on the jersey, and the name, position and class come up before the next snap, serve or pitch.

  2. Team

    Find anyone on the roster.

Search by name, number or position. A football roster also narrows to offense, defense or special teams.

  3. Every sport

Every team at your school, one link.

Football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball and the rest. Each team gets its own roster and schedule in your colors, at one address families save once.

  4. Schedule

What’s next, and how it went.

The next game first, with the start time and the forecast. Then what’s coming up, and every result so far.

  5. Stats Add-on

Season leaders, if you keep stats.

For any sport that keeps them, from MaxPreps, Hudl or the coach’s own spreadsheet. I set up the source with your coach.

02 / What it is

The team, in everyone’s pocket.

Under the lights, in the gym or along the fence, the announcer, the visiting coach and half the crowd are trying to work out who just made the play. The roster exists, but it’s a PDF in someone’s inbox.

Roster puts every team at your school on one web link: fall, winter and spring, boys and girls. Families open it from a QR code or your athletics site, pick a sport, and type a jersey number to see the player.

Lookup
Jersey number in; name, position and class out.
Team
The full roster, searchable by name, number or position. Football also filters by offense, defense and special teams.
Schedule
Every game, match and meet, home and away: what’s coming up, and what’s been played.
League
Conference standings. Football’s keep themselves current from Ohio’s weekly scores.
Stats Add-on
Season leaders and every player’s line, for any sport that keeps stats: from MaxPreps, Hudl or the coach’s own spreadsheet.

03 / A look inside

A reason to open it every week.

The Team screen: a search box and offense, defense and special-teams filters, then the roster by jersey number with each player’s size, class and position.
Team Every roster, searchable by name, number or position.
The Schedule screen: the next game with its kickoff time and forecast, the games still to come, then the games already played with their scores.
Schedule The next game first, with the weather at game time.
The League screen: a conference standings table with each school’s conference and overall record.
League Conference standings, kept current through the season.
The Stats screen: season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving, each player’s jersey number beside his yards, touchdowns, and completions, carries or catches.
Stats Add-on Season leaders and every player’s line, wherever your team keeps them.

Screens show a sample school. Nobody on them is real.

04 / Your setup

Two things to share. That’s it.

Use whatever you already keep. Share it once per sport.

1

Roster

Best: a Google Sheet. Your coach edits a number there and the page follows within the hour.

Also works: a spreadsheet file, or the roster pasted into an email.

Number, name, grade, position. Height and weight if you want them shown.

2

Schedule

Every sport: the calendar link from your scheduling service, or I enter the schedule for you.

Football: nothing to send. Schedules and scores for every Ohio school are already in.

Where the calendar link works, reschedules and time changes carry over on their own.

I take care of the rest

  • Each sport in your colors, with your crest
  • Cleaning up names and jersey conflicts
  • Scores and conference standings
  • Hosting, security and uptime
  • Your QR code and a print-ready flyer
  • Changes through the season

05 / Getting it to families

One link, everywhere your fans already look.

Take-home flyer

A half-page flyer with the QR code, sent home in backpacks or handed out at registration.

Athletics website

A “Roster & Scores” button on your athletics page. I send the image and the link; your web person pastes it in.

Gate and bleacher signs

A QR sign at the ticket gate, the concession stand and the press box, so visiting fans find it too.

Game program

The QR code on the back of the program, next to the roster page it replaces.

School messaging

One post or text through your parent messaging and the booster accounts before the first home game.

PA announcement

“Want tonight’s roster on your phone? Scan the code on the gate sign or in your program.”

Save it like an app

iPhone: open the link in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Android: open the link in Chrome, tap the menu, then Add to Home screen.

Every plan includes

07 / Launch plan

Live before the next home game.

  1. Day 1

    Share two things

The roster sheet and the schedule, for each sport.

  2. Days 2–4

    Review your page

You and the coaches check names and numbers. I fix anything that’s off.

  3. Game week

    Get it out

Flyers home, button on the website, signs at the gate.

  4. All season

    It keeps itself current

Linked rosters and calendars follow your coaches’ changes, and football scores update without a phone call.

Questions athletic directors ask

Which sports?
All of them. Any sport with a roster and a schedule gets its own page, in fall, winter and spring. The demo shows football, volleyball and basketball; soccer, wrestling, baseball, softball and track are added the same way.
What about student privacy?
The page shows only what’s on the roster you send: number, name, grade and position, plus height and weight if you include them. If you add Stats, the page also shows the season numbers your team already keeps. No photographs. A roster comes down the day your school asks.
Who keeps it updated?
Your sheet does, if you link one. Otherwise, email me the change and I make it.
Does IT need to approve anything?
No. There’s nothing to install on school devices and no student accounts.
Where do stats come from?
Wherever your team already keeps them: MaxPreps, Hudl, or a spreadsheet the coach fills in after each game. I set up the source with your coach, sport by sport. Football from MaxPreps runs on its own once it’s linked.
What does it cost?
$1,800 a year for every team at your school, plus the Stats add-on if you want it. Your first season is free.
